I have a major confession to make.

It's kind of weird, so you have to forgive me for saying this. And my friends that read this blog are gonna give me soooo much shit!!! Lol!! Good thing I'm druuuuunnnnkkkk right now and am not worried about that. Otherwise I wouldn't admit it.

Oh wait I just revealed my wee confession. That is: I am drunk! At 9:50 pm!!!! Muahahahah! And it's fucking TUESDAY NIGHT!!!!!!!!

Okay. For the huge big time confession. OMG I so don't want to say this.

WAIT!! I have always been sexually liberated. I'm going for it. I'm gonna say it. I'm going to be sexually brave and not care about what anyone else thinks about my sexuality. All that matters is what I think. Okay, here it goes:

I want to have an affair with an older man.

Not like, an eighty year old, or anything. But with someone who's more mature... Like, thirty, or something. Older but sexy. And experienced. I think that would be soooooo hot!!!!! Seriously the hottest thing. Older men are so sexy, you know? They're all, confident in themselves and stuff. And that turns me on soooo much!

So this has been my plan for like, two weeks. Maybe less. It occurred to me when I was stoned a lil while back. I was walking with my older teacher, and was thinking, Gee, is he going to make a move on me? A ridiculous thought, OF COURSE, but I was thinking it because I was stoned. And then I got to thinking, would it be bad to have an affair with an older man? And of course I realized I've done nearly everything else sexually (except anal, that is just GROSS) and I decided, what the hell? Why not give it a try? I mean, don't bash it til you try it, right!!!

Are older men desperate? Not that I want a desperate man... I don't know what I want.

Sex.

Yep. I'm drunk.

Older is definitely not colder, but we tend to want to hold her when she feels a wee bit bolder and wants to enfold her desires in an unfolding moebius strip of older wine and keening come until the midnight passes through dawn and the well worn wishes usher in a fawn grey morn of all that is desire, reborn.

Can you dig it? Try to notice that you are not so drunk as to fail to notice that you want to rise to a lover who can rise to meet you and then stay there until ecstasy comes to greet you, if you follow my meaning and feel my yearning.

Big Dreamer... I'm not really sure if I'm a Christian. I think I am. I think I believe in God. But I'm not sure. I'm at a crossroads in my life, where I'd like to find out about myself, my likes, and dislikes. I don't know yet what I am, or what I want to be. I'll find out.

And Dharma you BETTER not feel old, damn it. I don't think old is until you're like, 60. But I would have to say that someone much older than thirty or 40 is just a BIT older for a nineteen year old. I don't have a lower limit... I've been with younger guys. Theyre nice too.

But I'd like to try an older man. What's my definition of older? Well, I'm 19. So anything older than that.

I really hope you're joking Anne!

Why would you want an affair with a 30 year old? I'm 30 and so can give you lots of advice on this.

What has an older man got that a man your age does not?
experience, confidence, security, patience.

Well some do and some don't. The ones that do are likely to be the very ones who would not want an affair with a younger woman. It's not because they don't want a younger women it's because they don;t want an affair but a relationship. These very attributes mature a man and a more mature man is looking for love, not just sex. because of this a younger woman loses appeal very fast. They are far less likely to be an emotional match, far less likely to be an intellectual match, far less likely to want a relationship. An more mature man is likely to avoid relationships with younger woman for this very reason.

There are indeed 30 year olds out there who would love an affair with a younger woman. But they are not worth it. They are no different from men your age. Just older and slightly more experienced.

As someone who is incredibly happily married to someone 18 yrs her senior, after two failed marriages (one to someone 3 yrs younger and one to someone 4 yrs older), I might be expected to be biased in favor of such a statement. However, that's not what you're going to get...sorry!

IMO, age is really nothing but a number, and choosing to become involved with someone because of their age is probably the WORST criterion to use....what's really important is that you find someone with whom you have common interests, someone you can talk to--real, meaningful, intelligent conversations--without getting bored. And, I hate to sound like an age bigot or something, but at your age, you're not going to have all that much in common with a 30 yr old....you'll be in totally different places in your lives. And if he only wants to be with you for the sex, then he's not worth having, IMO.

Okay, I'm starting to sound way too motherly here (what do you expect when my son is 18, though?), so I'll shut up!! LOL

Older men are nice,treat you with respect but they aren't really better lovers. The affair is fun though. Had one when I was younger, should be ashamed but it's just part of my background isn't it. Problem is if they aren't married(or sometimes if they are) a lot of them try to make you settle down.
